Customer Success Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and be a key player in our customer-focused approach. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience with Amitec Europe. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction, improve customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer retention
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to improve customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and improve customer experience
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer growth
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for customer success
- Ensure customer success by providing training, support and solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a customer success manager or a related customer-facing role
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze customer data and make recommendations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Salary:
€ 65.000,-. It can vary based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
